We want you to love your Regrow products, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to replace the item or provide a refund if necessary.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Incorrect Items Received
If you’ve received the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
